Founded in 2015, we are a full-service property management company that is dedicated to helping single-family homeowners throughout the Dallas County and surrounding areas. Since established, we have been working closely with different public housing agencies, who provide housing assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher (“HCV”) Program to eligible families and individuals. Our property management services handle everything from advertising, marketing, tenant selection, RFTA submission, rent collection, maintenance management and accounting. Accountant
The Accountant is responsible for:
1. Manage accounts payable process and oversee accounts receivable process.
2. Maintain general ledger, perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare annual financial reports for assigned properties.
3. Conduct financial statement analysis to evaluate the performance of the business and advise the senior management on financial issues.
4. Work with CPA to prepare business and individual tax returns.
Requires: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; 2 years of experience.
